Do i need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

How do I /create an account?

Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.

How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

I have problems adding items to my shopping cart

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

How do I pay for my orders?

We currently only accept cash on delivery. We will open more payment methods in the future. Please be patient.

Can I amend and cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation Viber message or email from us to confirm that your order has been received. But please note that we will only provide shipment after you reply to the confirmation message, so please provide an accurate Viber phone number or email address.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When will my order be processed?

The shipping time is unified on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. All orders will be processed within 2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

The delivery time for standard express delivery is about 2-7 working days, depending on our logistics partner.

What are the shipping charges like?

The delivery charges for Serbia via standard courier delivery are as follows:
400 dinars for artificial flowers and artificial plants.
Free shipping for artificial trees and Christmas trees.
Free shipping plus non-free shipping equals free shipping (please contact customer service for details)

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?

Unfortunately, we cannot resend the order after the order is confirmed. Therefore, please make sure you provide the correct delivery address.

There is a missing item in my order, what should I do?

We are sorry to send you an incomplete order. Please contact our customer service team Viber +381628008242 or yepyepday@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

I’ve received a defective item, what should I do?

We are very sorry if you received a defective item from us. Please contact our customer service team marketing@company.com with a snapshot of the product and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

I’ve received an incorrect item, what should I do?

We are sorry that we sent you the wrong item. Please contact our customer service team at Viber+381628008242 or yepyepday@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

I’ve purchased the wrong size or color

We do not offer exchange of size or color except for quality issues. Returns are not free of shipping for non-product quality issues.

I have not received my parcel, what should I do?

If you still have not received your package after 10 working days, please email our customer service team at Viber+381628008242 or yepyepday@gmail.com and we will provide you with corresponding assistance.
